RETURN AND EXCHANGE

No Refund. Exchange within 14 days only. A valid proof of purchase must be presented within 14 days of purchase and the items must be as new. You may contact us within 14 days from the purchase date if you wish to exchange your purchase for an item of equal or lesser value. If you choose to exchange you purchase for an item of lesser value, there will be no refund for the difference in price. Please note that pierced earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. PRUDENCE C DESIGNS (PRUDENCE C, LLC).

SHIPPING

We offer free UPS ground shipping or USPS Priority on all orders over $95.00 (excluding taxes and shipping) to the continental United States. Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. The following charges apply to packages shipped in the continental United States.While most orders are ready for shipping within 24 hours of placing your order, some orders take additional time. Please allow 48 hours for processing.Service Cost

2nd Day Air $20.00 Arrives in two business days when ordered before 1 pm ET, Monday-Friday, excluding weekend and holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship UPS Worldwide Express or USPS International Package for all orders outside of the United States. Actuals costs for international shipping are calculated after you have added items to your cart and filled in the shipping address information on the website.

All orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country’s taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with PRUDENCE C, LLC and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept the following payment method: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Checks and money orders are not  accepted on online order.

   

SALES TAX

Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping & handling fees, for orders shipped to NY.

REPAIR

We will do our best to cover basic repairs and manufacturing defects on any item made by PRUDENCE C, LLC and sold through an authorized PRUDENCE C dealer. A sales receipt must accompany to submit for repair.

For items purchased within the last year, there will be no charge for the repair. If your purchase through is older than one year, you will be charged a flat rate of $25. For more extensive repairs additional fees based on labor and cost of materials may apply. All repairs are subject to shipping charge.

Because our items are handmade with specially selected stones, crystal and other elements, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to repair your item. If we are unable to repair an item manufactured within the last year, we may suggest a change of design to the current piece or replacement of similar value from the current line.

To request a repair for common issues such as missing stones or broken links, please email contact@prudencec.com with all details listed below to receive a repair authorization:

1. Contact name, email address or phone number
2. Receipt or Order Confirmation
3. Possible send with Image(s) of damaged item(s) via email with brief description of the requested repair.

JEWELRY CARE

Each piece of our jewelry is handcrafted with crystal, natural stones and other elements and therefore delicate. Please use appropriate care to enjoy and preserve our jewelry. In order to ensure that your PRUDENCE C jewelry is kept in its best quality and condition, please take note of the following conditions:

We recommend putting your jewelry on last, after you have applied perfumes, lotions, hair sprays, and all other cosmetics. Please avoid direct contact with salt water, excessive perspiration, and chemicals such as chlorine or sulfur.

Exposure to air can also oxidize jewelry, we recommend storing jewelry in a zip jewelry pouch or box rather than keeping it exposed to the air. PRUDENCE C jewelry is packaged carefully in complimentary pouches and protective boxes. Gentle wipe with a soft jewelry cloth and store in a jewelry box. We hope that you use these as an easy storage option to keep your pieces safe.
